First Annual USA Science and Engineering Festival in Washington, DC

Wouldn’t it be great if the whole country got together to celebrate the achievements of scientists and engineers? Fortunately, such a celebration will be happening this October on the National Mall in Washington, D.C.

The first annual USA Science and Engineering Festival will take place from Oct. 10-12 2010, and will include over 500 exhibitors and many fun hands-on activities. The event is designed for students, teachers, families, and anyone else who loves engineering and science. Exhibits range from fighter pilot simulations to nanotechnology demonstrations.

You can see a preview of all the cool exhibits here, or even apply to volunteer at the festival. As always, don’t forget to check out the eGFI Family Engineering booth!
